Pat Donnell

2019

Shortly thereafter, the branch closed its doors, he joined his brothers at their P&C brokerage in Burlington, while the Gryphin Advantage prepared to open its doors. He thought his accounting and tax background would lead him into focusing on wealth management, however after working with his brothers, he quickly learned that his calling was in the group benefit space. 3 groups turned into 4 and 4, into what is now 80 different firms. Being independent meant a great deal to Pat, however having a team that he could rely on (Janj, Coxy and Phil) for guidance and support allowed him to execrate his carrier in the industry. He attributes a great deal of his success to the experiences and relationships that he has established over the years and for that, along with the Gryphin memories, he’s very grateful.
