1998
The Gryphin Advantage, Inc. was founded in 1998 by Rod Millard. Our first office was located at 120 King Street W, Hamilton, in Suite 1010.
1999
FIRST EVER train to the “Gryphin Express” Conference in Windsor, Ontario! This Conference also marked the first ever Gryphin Advantage Awards Gala, celebrating the successes of Financial Advisors in the areas of community and industry leadership, and production.

2000
The Gryphin Advantage, Inc. signs on with Capital Management Group (Now Worldsource Financial Management).
Contracted Mike Cox in June.
2001
The Gryphin Advantage, Inc. celebrates winning Top Branch award with Capital Management Group (Now Worldsource Financial Management).
2002
The Gryphin Advantage, Inc. celebrates 250 contracted Advisors.
2003
The Gryphin Advantage, Inc. hosts is first ever Fall Fair, where Advisors and their families are invited to gather together to enjoy rides, games, food trucks
and more!
2005
The Gryphin Express goes international, with the first Conference hosted in the United States (Cleveland, Ohio).
2008
The Gryphin Advantage, Inc. Ring Program was unveiled at the Gryphin Express, in Philadelphia, PA! The Ring Program is an Advisor appreciation program unique to The Gryphin Advantage.
2010
First Gryphin HOF inductees, honoured in Philadelphia, PA; Sue Foley, Nick Brown.

2012
The Gryphin Advantage, Inc. moves to 50 Coreslab Drive building.

2015
The Gryphin Advantage, Inc. opens the “Field House” Conference Centre across the street from the 50 Coreslab Drive office building. The Field House helps to build out our bookable spaces for education, training and client events.
2017
The Gryphin Advantage, Inc. surpasses 1200 contracted Advisors across Canada!
2019
The Gryphin Advantage, Inc. celebrates our 20th Anniversary! The Gryphin HOF has also grown to 11 Financial Advisors, with two new inductees honoured in Nassau, Bahamas.
2020
